Positive: Affordable for our family trip, and it was close to most everything we needed. The pastry shop in the lobby was good when it was open. 7-Eleven next door was convenient. We enjoyed having the kitchen area so we didn't have to eat out every night.
Negative: The bed in the room with the futon was so very hard. Parking fees were outrageous. If you have an extended stay, it might be worth getting a bus pass or just Ubering everywhere that is too far to walk.
