It was what it was. Positive: Not much. Celeste, the contract cleaner, who was only getting $60 of the $125 cleaning fee, was the only person we met with any sense of business ethics or customer service. Alex should take the $65 of Celeste's money and pay her for lessons in both. She spent an extra 20 minutes of her own time restoring the mini fridge to usable, but it was still not suitable for frozen food so all of ours, including 4 half gallons of ice cream, were lost. Negative: Listing was misrepresented. Filters were intentionally bypassed. No hot tub, no bedroom, no kitchen, no microwave, no range, no oven, no iron, no laundry in room. Little mini fridge 80% frosted up. Square footage listed at 3425. Basic hotel room with kitchenette listed as a suite. It is not a suite or a condo or a studio or an apartment.. it does not have a bedroom or a separate seating area. It only has a toaster oven and a hot plate. There is no garbage disposer in the sink, so the drain was continually clogging. GFIC receptacle inoperable. Had to place our little toaster oven on the floor to cook. My advice to Alex: Stop misrepresenting the hotel room with kitchette as anything more than it is.
